Who we are

Cultiva Creators is a creator management and development company. This policy explains what we collect through cultivacreators.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@cultivacreators.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not buy or scrape personal data.

Contact form. Your name, email address, company or brand name if you provide one, the subject, and your message.

Creator applications. Your name, creator name, email address, phone number, general location, age range, social handles and audience figures, links to your work or media kit, and anything else you write in the form. Applications to our select roster may also include rate expectations and audience demographics.

Brand inquiries. Your name, work email, company details, campaign goals, timing, budget range, and any links or notes you include.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

Submissions are used to reply to you, to evaluate creator applications and brand inquiries, and to discuss potential campaigns, partnerships, and representation. If we work together, we use your details to manage that relationship.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission without telling you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that make this site work, and only as needed:

Email delivery. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery provider. Our email is hosted with Google Workspace.

Hosting. The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes the request logs described above.

Brand partners. If you apply as a creator and we put you forward for a campaign, we may share relevant parts of your profile such as your handles, audience figures, and portfolio with the brand or its agency. We do not share your phone number or home address for this purpose.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and applications for as long as needed to consider and manage the relationship, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@cultivacreators.com and we will, subject to applicable law: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a given purpose. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to a copy of your data and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are delivered to accounts protected by our providers’ security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as government identification numbers or banking details through the forms on this site.

Young creators

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Where a creator is under 18, we expect a parent or legal guardian to be involved before any agreement is made. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email hello@cultivacreators.com and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version here and update the date above. Significant changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated directly where practical.
